How long will my order take to arrive?

As per standard Australia Post shipping 2+ business days

How much is postage?

We offer free standard shipping Australia wide

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! There is a flat fee of $20 AUD for shipping on international orders.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

How do I return an item I purchased online?

If you are not 100% happy with any full priced item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it and be issued a replacement with free shipping!  Please notify us of your return and send to PO Box 486, Yallingup WA 6282.

 

Will I need to cover postage to return an item?

When returning an item, you will need to cover the cost of postage back to us. We will cover shipping on your replacement. 

 

Can I return a sale item?

No returns on sale items

Returns Policy

 

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% happy with any full priced item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it and be issued a refund.  We do not offer refunds for change of mind, this includes a change of mind regards to colour, size and fit, we offer a store credit.  

All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. All tags and incidentals (ie spare buttons) must be attached. Please take care when trying on the item, as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains or that smell of perfume. If we deem the item not to be in perfect condition the item will simply be returned to the customer.

When returning an item please keep the tracking number handy in the rare case the parcel goes missing. Life Story Designs CANNOT be held liable for parcels that go missing on the way back to us.

 

What do I do if my return is faulty?

We are so sorry that you have received a faulty item but we would love to have this resolved for you as soon as possible! We will offer a refund, store credit or an exchange (subject to availability) on any item purchased from Life Story Designs if the garment:

* Has a genuine manufacturing fault; and/or,

* Does not correspond with descriptions given to you.

A faulty item claim must be made within 14 days time of receiving the goods. Please email your receipt, a description and photo of the fault to lifestorydesignswa@gmail.com
